Polypropylene filament needle punched geotextile is an important geosynthetic material with high strength and tear resistance. Under the same conditions, the strength is about 30% higher than the national standard GB/T17639 filament needle-punched geotextile, the tear resistance is more than 50% higher, the breaking strength is high, the initial modulus is high, and it can absorb more energy.

Product advantages:
Weather resistance: Alpine, water-rich and other environments have little effect on its performance;
Chemical stability: No effect within the pH range of 2~13, it will not be hydrolyzed when in contact with common road base materials such as cement, fly ash, lime, etc. Polyester geotextiles will be hydrolyzed and gradually disappear and produce ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid. polluted environment;
High elongation (75%-110%): excellent deformation adaptability, high elongation has obvious advantages in base deformation and settlement
Heat shrinkability: shrinkage stress will be generated after contact with hot asphalt, reducing cracks; tear resistance is about 50% higher than traditional geotextiles, effectively resisting laying damage;
Lipophilicity: Polypropylene material has better binding properties with asphalt than other materials.
