Anhui Zhonglu is a member of China Geosynthetics Engineering Association and a qualified supplier of large state-owned enterprises such as China Railway, China Railway Construction, China Communications Construction, China State Construction, and China Metallurgical Corporation. On January 30, 2019, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Implementation Opinions on Establishing a Science and Technology Innovation Board and Piloting the Registration System at the Shanghai Stock Exchange." On June 13, the Science and Technology Innovation Board officially opened. The Science and Technology Innovation Board introduced the registration system for listed companies for the first time. The entire process of acceptance and review is electronic, and the important nodes of the whole process are disclosed to the public, which greatly improves the review efficiency and reduces the burden on enterprises.
